A PMA Gold Certified Instructor, Alisa was trained by Joseph Pilates’ protege, Romana Kryzanowska, in NYC where she lived and taught for almost a decade before moving home to California. She currently studies with one of the last remaining teachers who worked for Mr. Pilates: Jay Grimes.

A featured expert for Pilates Style Magazine, she’s also the creator of the DVDs, Intermediate Pilates Workout, Advanced Pilates Workout, and Pilates for Men and is a sought after presenter, teaching at retreats and conferences internationally.

A Pilates purist, Alisa teaches the method the way it was taught by Joseph Pilates himself. Clients can expect a personalized, vigorous, whole body workout that gives immediate results and a long, lean, sculpted look.

INTRODUCTORY PACKAGE: (new clients only)
5 Private sessions for $80 each = $400
5 Duet sessions for $40 each = $200

PRIVATE SESSIONS:
$110 each OR 10 sessions for $100 each = $1000

DUET SESSIONS:
$55 each OR 10 duet sessions for $50 each = $500

ON LOCATION TRAINING (group or private): $125 session
